Key Responsibilities

• Strong focus on business development, relationship building, and networking.
• Acquire new partner, Car Loan and Consumer Loan as well as maintain relationship to ensure continuous growth and achieve sales target.
• Liaise with related stakeholders for end-to-end process including applications, agreement, daily operational assistant to partners.
• Deliver training to partner on related products and processes.
• Manage and develop partner portfolio with an aim to deepen and broaden relationship to increase cross sale opportunity of appropriate banking solutions.
• Measure and develop insight on all partnership activity, performance, and initiate opportunities to maximize productivity.

Required Education and Experience

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance or others relevant to sales.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in sale and relationship with Car Loan and/or Consumer Loan background is a plus.
• Financial background, analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, communication.

Required Competencies

• Outgoing personality, confidence, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadline.
• Autonomous, pro-active, solution-oriented, and a team-player.
• Excellence level of English/Khmer communication.
• Good planning, negotiation, analytical, and strong communication skills.
