Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all reporting is prepared accurately and submitted on time:
- Internal Report
- Some NBC Reports
- CBC report
- Be responsible to maintain loan information in the core banking system.
- Ensure that information in the core banking system is updated accurately.
- Support team in liaising with the IT team on any system issues.
- Manage post-disbursement conditions.
- Engage in internal audit and external audits.
Required Education & Experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience or knowledge in the banking system for at least 3 years.
- Experience in CBC reporting & uploading.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good teamwork.
Required competencies
- Customer and detail oriented.
- Autonomous and proactive.
- Quick learner.
- Strong integrity, rigor, commitment, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
