Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily overdue loan reports for relationship managers and consolidate daily overdue monitoring reports for management.
• Ensure loan repayments are daily followed up (call/meet), monitored promptly, and recorded in litigation management tool.
• Advise overdue clients of their legal liabilities under existing contract law (including the interpretation of their liabilities under the loan agreement).
• Try finding the strategies (pressure) to solve the overdue loan out of the court system.
• Look for the buyers in case borrowers are willing to sell their property & car to settle loan at the bank.
• Propose collection action, restructure & write-off.
• Maintain loan files under collection team.
• Ensure remind letters are issued timely following BBC’s policies & SOP.
• Perform other tasks which assigned by management.

Required Education & Experience

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or other relevant fields.
• At least 3-year experience in loan recovery (preferably) or relationship manager.
• Strong Knowledge of Concepts of Loan Recovery & Legal.
• Good level of English (speaking and writing).
• Good computer skills.
