Key Responsibilities
- Assist Product Manager to maintain documentation for all support activities including product
development, enhancement, engineering, and marketing activities. - Assist the Product Manager to develop product training materials and conducting training for the staff and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist Product Manager to support product, process, and other inquiries from relevant stakeholders.
- Assist Product Manager to evaluate complex customer problems, identify root causes and derive
resolutions. - Assist Product Manager to develop quality control framework and post-monitoring development
plan/strategy. - Analyze customer suggestions and recommend product revisions.
- Develop knowledge bases and FAQs for product support activities.
- Document support activities, customer issues, and resolutions for reference purposes.
- Data gathering where needed from the management team to support requests for changes.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the management team/line manager where necessary.
Required Education & Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the financial sector, and managerial position/team lead.
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or Biz Admin or IT.
- English proficiency, excellent in both writing and reading.
- Strong computer literacy such as Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe LiveCycle, and Power BI is a plus.
Required Competencies
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively exchange information, in verbal or written form, by sharing ideas, reporting facts and other information, responding to questions, and employing active listening techniques.
- Excellent knowledge and use of existing software (Flexcube…) is a plus.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver outputs in a timely manner.
- Negotiation and internal relationship building.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.
- Business planning and project management.
- Strong communication (including presentation and analytical skills).
- Accuracy, attention to detail, initiative to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
