Key Responsibilities

  • Management Reporting:
    • Prepare periodical (daily, weekly, monthly…) performance, Sale-Pipeline report and circulate within agreed time and comments on the biz variances.
    • Review business/segment reports prepared by business partners.
  • Planning and Budgeting:
    • Coordinate budget build-up, preparation, and consolidation of the business strategy.
    • Report on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, on the status of the bank performance and its implication on the stage of achievement of the business strategy to ensure the costs budget is well articulated and is the tool to support business decisions and expenses might spend for incentive/bonus.
  • Market Intelligent:
    • Identify and collect appropriate customer, competitor, market, economic, financial, and/or operational data.
    • Perform financial, statistical, and qualitative data analysis of markets and competitors.
    • Maintains in-depth knowledge of designated markets and trends through reading reports, market research, data manipulation, and financial modelling and analysis.
  • Other duties will be assigned by the Head of the Department.

Required education & experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the financial sector, and managerial position/team lead.
  • At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or Biz Admin or IT.
  • English proficiency, excellent in both writing and reading.
  • Strong computer literacy such as MS. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
